  3. Media Center Staff Mrs. Norman – Media Specialist Mrs. Anderson – Media Clerk We are here to help you – please ask us if you need assistance.

  4. Hours The Media Center is open daily from 6:50 a.m.-2:50 p.m. Media resources are available online 24/7.

  5. Cell Phones/Electronics No cell phones or other electronic devices in the Media Center from 6:50 a.m.-2:50 p.m. **Students who have their phones out will have them taken up and turned in to the Attendance Office.

  6. Food/Drink Dispose of food and drink before entering the Media Center

  7. Visiting the Media Center To come to the Media Center during the school day and during lunch and advisement you must have: • Agenda book signed by current teacher • School assignment to work on – no school assignment you go back to class.

  8. Media Center Computers Media Center computers are for school assignments only – no personal work on school computers. Individual computer screens are monitored at the circulation desk. You have NO expectation of privacy when using school computers.

  9. Sign In/Sign Out • Sign in at the desk when arriving. • Sign out at the desk when leaving. Your teachers can check the computerized record of your time in the Media Center.

  10. Services Photocopies: .10 cents per page Computer Printouts (Black): .10 cents per page Choose Printer - Media A OR Media B Computer Printouts (Color): .25 cents per page Choose Printer – Media Color

  11. Checking Out Books • Know your student number. • No more than 3 books per student. • Checked out for 15 school days. • May renew one time.

  12. Fines Fines are charged for overdue books. The fine is .10 cents per school day. Maximum fine per book is $3.00

  13. Overdue Books • The due date is stamped on each book at the time of checkout. • Once you realize your book is overdue RETURN IT. • The fine will stop once your return the book. • You do not have to pay at the time you return the book. • Pay later when you have the money.
