Leave Travel Concession 1.Any employee with one year of continuous service on the date of journey is eligible to avail 2.Concession can be separately availed for self and family members on different occasions 3.Can be availed during any leave including study leave casual leave and spl.cl. but not admissible during child care leave. 4.Once in a four year block- either two home town LTC or one home town + one all India LTC can be availed. 5.Before commencement of journey prior intimation regarding place of visit should be given in writing.

Leave Travel Concession • 6.Claim should be preferred within three months • 7.Advance up to 90% of eligible amount can be taken-claim should be preferred within one month • 8.Home town for the purpose of LTC means home town declared as per service book entries. • 9.Concession not availed in a four year block can be carry forward to first year of next block
