Explore extended sources in 2XMMp data correlated with SDSS, investigating 411 X-ray positions with SDSS galaxies. Photometry, redshifts, spectra, and images were analyzed. Findings include 247 redshifts, BCG colors, X-ray luminosities, and hardness ratios. Further analysis on the redshift distribution and possible effects of large-scale structure. Results reveal insights into the correlation between X-ray extended sources and SDSS.
