Business Process Management and ArchestrA Workflow • Business Process Management (BPM) enables organizations to be more efficient, effective and capable in the execution of their processes. • ArchestrA Workflow is a BPM software that enables: • The capture and documentation of the proper execution of work processes (manual and automated) • The use of traceability and quality data from other systems to provide a more robust workflow solution • The enforcement of best practices and corrective actions in the sequence of production and maintenance processes

BPM Lifecycle • Model the process, flow, actors, alerts, notifications, escalations, procedures, etc. • Execute the required steps of a process with a combination of an automated application and human intervention • Analyze and compare different executions of the process to determine improvements • Improve the process by implementing specific changes in affected areas
