Construction • Substructure • Bored pile foundations. • 2 level Basement formed in sheet pile retaining structure. • Insitu concrete columns and floors up to level 1. • Superstructure • 5 cores provide lateral support to structure formed in reinforced concrete constructed using slip & step form methods. • Post tensioned concrete floor slabs used for level 1 and above. • Insitu concrete circular columns self finished within office areas. • Structural steelwork used to form certain minor structural elements.
