  3. 2015 Value proposition / strategy development • Identify development needs, challenges and opportunities in order to facilitate access to solutions, • Strengthen INTOSAI capacity development standards and structured professional development as anchors for professional capacity development and possible INTOSAI certification, • Support the development of institutional capacity at the SAI and regional level, • Use communities of practice as a way of sharing development knowledge and ensuring SAI responsiveness, and • Engage strategically with the wider international development community in the interest of SAI capacity development
