  1. Immediately following a shot the long stick on the crease heads for the box

  2. While the pole is heading off, the two remaining defenders and the three midfielders move to their positions

  3. This midfielder is responsible for being onside. If there is an LSM on the field, he should be here. The first look should be at the box. A clearing middie will replace the long stick The rotating midfielders should be the second.

  4. The immediate next move is to SLOW break.

  5. In the meantime, if the player on the field still is a shorty, he will sub off for a pole.

  6. Next we will push the slow break as the substitution occurs

  7. Now we have two quick unsettled looks
