What are the immediate priorities for the global coalition? • Establish the Prevention Coalition Secretariat • Finalise the scorecard taking into account the recommendations of the meeting including ensuring that the social and structural drivers are integrated into the score card. • Pairing countries to learn from each other and the Secretariat to learn from the experience of FP2020 and how to go about the monitoring and financing. • Engage the regional economic communities on the GC process and their link to the Global Coalition • Engage partners (GF, PEPFAR etc.) regarding resource allocations to fund the roadmaps. • Develop a technical support plan to support countries

How do we move from country consultations to roadmap implementation? • Revise prevention targets against global targets and validate of the data in the country score cards or adapt the score card to meet national needs. • Reconvene the national consultation/prevention working group to review the recommendation from the Global Coalition meeting, domesticate/revise and operationalise and cost a National Roadmap with stakeholders and integrate the indicators into national monitoring system (Beyond 100 days decentralise to regions) • Countries should review and agree on what are the interventions in country that will give the greatest impact. • Revisit the Global Fund envelop and advocate for an increased resource envelope that addresses prevention.

What support will countries need? • Secretariat to undertake political advocacy to mobilise political leadership on HIV prevention. • Develop interventions and set targets for social and structural prevention and measure impact. • How to mainstream human rights, indicators and mechanisms to measure human rights abuses to accelerate HIV prevention. • Knowledge sharing of best practices and sharing of experiences, • Strengthening monitoring and evaluation and develop monitoring and reporting templates. • Identify and agree on gender and equality indicators and develop approaches to gender equality .
