    1. Direct Fund Cite (DFC) MIPRs Coding and Resourcing of Activities in P2 to allow DFC MIPRs Case 1: Receiving from or sending to another Corps CEFMS database Case 2: Receiving DFC MIPR from another federal agency

Receiving or Sending DFC MIPR Corps to Corps If sending DFC MIPR Resourced in owners project as type of contract (AESVC, OTHCONSVC or ADV&ASTSVC whichever contract type is appropriate) Activity Coding: Direct Fund Cite Code is for MIPR receiving (performing) organization and Task Organization is that of the MIPR sending (requestiong) organization Performing Org.will get a work item code in CEFMS with Activity ID and Activity Name, but no budget. This is were MIPR’s funds are attached and can execute PR&C for contract Budget remains in MIPR requesting org. CEFMS as they get the bills

    3. Receiving or Sending DFC MIPR Corps to Corps If ERDC is sending DFC MIPR to District Resourced in ERDC project as AESVC, OTHCONSVC or ADV&ASTSVC whichever contract type is appropriate. Activity Coding: Direct Fund Cite Code is that of performing org. (District) MIPR is going to and Task Organization is that of the requesting (ERDC) organization District will get a work item code in CEFMS with Activity ID and Activity Name, but no budget. This is were MIPR’s funds are attached and district can execute PR&C for contract. Budget remains in ERDC CEFMS (requesting org.) as they get the bills.

    4. Receiving DFC MIPR From Another Federal Agency If Corps is receiving a DFC MIPR Resourced in Corps project as DFC-CONTR (ERDC) or type of contract (District) Activity Coding: Task Organization Code are that of Corps performing organization getting DFC MIPR Corps will get a work item code in CEFMS with Activity ID and Activity Name, but no budget. This is were MIPR’s funds are attached and district can execute PR&C for contract. Budget remains in other Federal Agency as they get the bills.
