Enhancing Food Sustainability and Literacy at VIU

The VIU Healthy Communities Coordinator leads efforts to improve access to healthy, sustainably sourced foods on campus through the Campus Food Movement (CFM). This initiative focuses on increasing food literacy, boosting food production, and celebrating food diversity. The coordinator will expand CFM efforts, assist with RFPs, facilitate the VIU Food Strategy, and collaborate with community food projects.
