Comprehensive Learning Standards in Training: A Four-Phase Approach
This document outlines a robust framework for learning standards, consisting of four distinct phases: theoretical, practical, tactical, and physical training. Each theoretical module integrates interactive learning principles inspired by David Kolb and similar methodologies. By combining observation, practical application, active experimentation, and evaluation, learners engage in a dynamic exchange of experiences. This approach ensures that newly acquired knowledge and skills are effectively retained, providing a solid foundation for both personal and professional development.

Learning Standards Learning standards is composed of 4 phases: Training is comprise of theoretical, practical, tactical and physical trainings Each module of theoretical part is mainly based on the David Kolb and other similar methods of interactive learning, where observation, application into practice, active experiment, analyses and evaluation are interchangeable to the extent that new-gained experience is solid guarantee for the acquisition of new skills and knowledge.
