Definition of the community in terms of CSS and ECUO ECUO – joins PLHIV organizations and networks from 15 EECA countries • Communities are formed by people who are connected to each other in distinct and varied ways • Communities are those who are affected by conditions such as HIV and have the greatest difficulty in achieving their rights to health • Community organisations are all those who act at community level to deliver activities and promote improved practice and policies

Conclusion, Next steps • In 6 countries of EECA СSS component was included into the R10 proposal (Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Ukraine) • ECUO in cooperation with Curatio are ready to work with the Global Fund in EECA to monitor the roll out of CSS, to capture lessons from the implementation of CSS interventions and to oversee the continuation of the development of a module in the M&E
