Education & Development Active member 15+ years of age Cadets 13 – 14 years old Nippers 6 – 12 years old • Develop swimming skills • Learn life skills • Make new friends • Family environment • Nipper carnivals • Complete Surf Rescue Certificate • Start patrolling • Access to competitions • Complete Bronze Medallion • Obtain new awards • Patrolling • Competition • Leadership development
