Scan Participant (by technician unless indicated otherwise) • Record in PAF and LOG in CS • Consent Participant (by Coordinator) • Verify Participant with Name/DOB/SSN • Update Status in CS to “Arrived” • Verify/Scan consent • Update status in CS to “Proceed” • Record nursing procedures in PAF if applicable • Update status in CS to “Proc Done” if applicable • Record tracer injection in PAF if applicable • Update status in CS to “Inj Done” if applicable

  3. Scan Participant (continued) • Change status in CS to “Started” • Inject contrast • Perform scan • Change status in CS to “Ex Done” • Data distribution • Billing
