  2. Salary Vocational nurses gets paid $40,380 per year and $19.42 per hour.

  3. Education/Training LPNs and LVNs must complete an accredited program that takes about a year. You can take high school classes or take classes in community colleges. Theses programs give certifications. LPNs also have to get a licenses. After you have gotten your certificate, LPNs and LVNs takes a National Council Licensure Examination. Then they must get their license and work as a LPN or LVN in all states

  4. Qualifications, skills, or other talents Patience- Dealing with ill people can be difficult and stressful. Speaking skills- It’s very important for patients to understand what your saying. Compassing- You must treat all of your patients with kindness. Detail oriented- All ways be on time to the job. Must make sure you give patients treatment at the right time. Interpersonal skills- Health care and Interacting skills are a big part of the job.

  5. Duties -Monitor patients health -Provide for the basic comfort -Keep records of patients’ health -Be required to work shifts longer than 8 hours

  6. What to wear? Vocational nurses wear scrubs, different types of medical clothing, an v-neck shirt and drawstring pants.

  7. Interesting facts! They often deal with plants and animals. Many of the occupations require working outside, and not involve a lot of paper work.
