To join the CGC Member Group, start by reviewing the Bylaws, Membership Agreement, and Golf Addendum (if applicable). Contact us via email at cgcmembergroup@gmail.com or call any of our representatives for clarification. If you're interested in becoming a member, complete the Membership Agreement and sign it on the second page. A contribution of $15,000 is required, with $13,000 going to the Escrow Account. Mail your signed documents and check to CGC Member Group, 360 Carterville Road, Cordillera, CO 81632 by October 15, 2012.

Read the Bylaws KeyPoints, Bylaws, and Membership Agreement (and if applicable, Addendum for Golf Members with Platinum Benefits) STEP 1 GET INFORMED • By email …cgcmembergroup@gmail.com • By phone … Jennifer Hays-926-6086, Andy Cruce-926-6711, Ed Shriner – 926-0361, • Jim Landis – 926-4199, Ron Yordi (after Sept 20) – 926-0457 • Face to face … call one of the above & set up a time to meet STEP 2 ASK QUESTIONS • If you plan to join the Club, fill out the Membership Agreement for the Club and be sure to sign the bottom of the second page. • If you were a former Premier Member, please also execute the addendum for Golf Members with Platinum Benefits. • Write a check for your $15,000 Membership Contribution (check made payable to “CGC Member Group, Inc.”). The amount of $13,000 will be immediately transferred to the Escrow Account at Stewart Title Company. • Send (1) your signed Membership Application, (2) your signed Membership Addendum (if applicable) and (3) your check for your Membership Contribution via mail to the following address: • CGC Member Group, Inc. • 360 Carterville Road • Cordillera, CO 81632 SIGN AND RETURN YOUR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND SUBMIT YOUR MEMBERSHIP CONTRIBUTION.
