Software libre Decreto 825 y 3390 PERMITE CIERTAS LIBETADES-BONDADES: 0.- Ejecutarlo con cualquier propósito. 1.- Estudiar como funciona y adaptarlo a sus necesidades. 2.- Distribuir copias. 3.- Mejorarlo, y liberar esas mejoras al publico. Decreto 825 Declara el acceso y el uso de Internet como política prioritaria para el desarrollo cultural, económico, social y político de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela.
