Helping Live Venues Go Green: Sustainable Practices in the Arts

Join Martin Roberts and BECTU for three dynamic green workshops in the South West region, held at Northcott Theatre (Exeter), Old Vic (Bristol), and Hall for Cornwall (Truro). We’ll address key environmental issues faced by live venues, exploring areas such as auditorium heating and ventilation, effective lighting solutions, and the importance of rubbish separation. Participants will gain insights into raising awareness among staff and performers about sustainable practices. Together, we will share valuable information and celebrate successful green initiatives, proving that every little change can make a big difference.
