LES MISSIONS D'ACCUEIL • LA GARDERIE POST-SCOLAIRE (GPS) • Accueil de septembre à juin (hors congés) après les cours • A temps plein ou partiel • Enfants de 4 à 12 ans • LES CONGÉS SCOLAIRES • LES INSCRIPTIONS PONCTUELLES • Accueil ponctuel- OIB-INSCRIPTIONS-GARDERIES-POSTSCOLAIRES@ec.europa.eu • Nombre de jours limités • LA GARDERIE AÉRÉE (GA) • Principalement à Overijse et autres sites en cas d'affluence • A Pâques (y compris congés écoles belges) • Vacances d'été (juillet-août)
Programme pédagogique (I) • Programme fondé sur 7 besoins fondamentaux • Etre en sécurité; • Etre reconnu comme une personne unique; • Avoir sa place dans un groupe; • Avoir des repères et des limites; • Jouer; • Choisir librement ses activités; • Avoir du temps
Programme pédagogique (II) – l'étude • A l'initiative de l'enfant et/ou à la demande du parent • De courte durée • Le rôle de l'éducateur responsable de l'étude consiste à : • Ecouter • Encourager • Soutenir • Encourager l'entraide entre enfants • Responsabiliser l'enfant et non à corriger, contrôler ou vérifier si les devoirs sont terminés.
Principaux acteurs • L'Educateur(trice) : personnel professionnel et qualifié encadré dans son travail pédagogique par un(e) psychopédagogue. • Le chef d'équipe = Teamleader • Le/la psychopédagogue
GPS : Localisation des 12 SITES • Dans 4 bâtiments de la Commission • Dans 2 bâtiments décentrés de la Commission: • Bâtiment du contractant : BarnePark (214 chaussée de Wavre) • Sur 5 sites des Ecoles européennes : Uccle/Berkendael, Woluwe, Ixelles et Laeken
GPS - Bâtiments de la Commission • Horaires d'ouverture: • Lundi, mardi, jeudi, vendredi: Dès l'arrivée en bus => 18:45 (le Vendredi => 18 h00) • (Arrivée en bus des sites des EE, transport supervisé par surveillants de l'APEEE) • Mercredi: Dès la fin des cours => 18:45 (repas + Arrivée en bus des sites des EE, transport supervisé par les éducateurs GPS – sauf Berkendael)
GPS – Ecoles Européennes Ixelles • Heures d'ouvertures : • Lundi, Mardi, jeudi, vendredi : dès la fin des cours => 18:45 (=>18H le vendredi) • (sur site de L’EE) • Mercredi: Dès la fin des cours => 18:45 sur site, repas supervisé par les éducateurs GPS sauf pour les maternelles.
GPS – Bâtiments de la Commission • Horaires particuliers (« Congé scolaire » ou GA) • ouverture dès 8H00 (fermeture soir 18h45 - 18h00 le vendredi ) • Garderie Aérée (GA) :Lundi à jeudi: 08h00 à 18h00 - Vendredi: 08h00 à 17h30

GPS - Ecoles Européennes Année 2018-2019 • Ixelles : 17 groupes • 5 groupes d'enfants de 4-5 ans • 6 groupes d'enfants de 6-7 ans • 4 groupes d'enfants de 8-9 ans • 2 groupes d'enfants de 10-12 ans • 1 salle d'étude (par rotation - tous âges)
GPS - Bâtiments de la Commission À titre d’indication, pour l’année scolaire 2018/2019 : • Genève : 6 groupes • Beaulieu : 12 groupes • COLE : 9 groupes • Palmerston : 13 groupes • Van Merlant : 8 groupes d’enfants de 8-12 ans • Wilson : 18 groupes • Barnepark : 3 groupes d’enfants de 4-6 ans
Accès aux sites – Mesures de sécurité Inscription des personnes autorisées (+ de 16 ans) dans Kiddyweb. Les personnes autorisées doivent avoir leur badge ou leur carte d’identité et se présenter à la sécurité des écoles. • Ixelles : • Local d'attente à l'entrée de l'école • Contrôles par les gardes à l'entrée • Périodes de reprise des enfants toutes les 30 minutes (formulaire à compléter) • à partir de 16h30 les lundis, mardis et jeudis • à partir de 13h30 les mercredis et vendredis • n° d'appel spécial pour les exceptions ouvert 1h avant le début des reprises • changements possibles – flexibilité du service

Role of the EEB III Parents’ Association Mission:Representing the parents from 7 language sections (CZ, DE, EL, EN, ES, FR, NL) in all areas affecting the school life of our children • Educational affairs (within and outside our school) • Services management (transport, canteen, extra-curricular activities) • Participation in the wider context of all European Schools (following the activities of the Secretariat-General of European Schools, Board of Governors, Interparents Association) • Provide information and communicate with parents on a variety of actions

External staff is used for transport (bus attendants), extracurricular activities’ teaching and canteen service (Atalian)
ALL PARENTS OF THE SCHOOL Up to 4 class representatives Elected after each annual Class meeting (including 1 “info rep” and one Treasurer in Primary/Nursery) General Meeting (AG) Open to all APEEE members having paid the annual family subscription fee Only class representatives have the right to vote Management Board (CA) (25 members) (elected by the sections, MAT class representatives and the AG) 7 section representatives for Primary (1 per section) 7 section representatives for Secondary (1 per section) 1 MAT representative (elected annually by all MAT class representatives) 5 members elected on rotation at the annual General Meeting (+5 in place from previous year) Executive Committee (EC) (8-13 members) 1 VP Administration, 1 VP Educational matters, 1 VP Communication, 1 Board member in charge of each sector (canteen, transport, extracurricular), 1 Treasurer, 1 Secretary (President participating as an observer) Educational Advisory Committee (EAC) (7-9 members) 1 VP Educational matters, 1 representative per language section (members of the School Educational Councils are also invited to attend)

A few remarks • The eEnrolment is the new system (since June 2017) for managing APEEE services • Remember to ensure that your contact information is up to date • The system may send you information e-mails. Please check that they do not arrive in your spam folder. You may opt-out of general information messages (see our Privacy policy) • All functions of the system are documented via step-by-step video guides (in the system itself and on the APEEE site) • In doubt please watch the videos carefully before sending a request for help by e-mail • We hope you are as excited as we are for the eEnrolment that has been launched!
Transport Service • Morning – Arrivals by 8.20 am (ALL) • 1st departure – 3.35 pm (MAT/Primary/S1-2) • 2nd departure – 4.30 pm (S1-7 and pupils enrolled extracurricular activities) • Wednesday departure – 1 pm • Service to Commission Garderies - at 3.35 pm and 4.30 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) / 1.30 pm (Wednesdays) / 12.30 pm and 3.35 pm (Fridays) • Supervisors on all buses (adults or upper secondary students) • Over 2,200 pupils daily • APEEE exclusive responsibility • Head of sector: Isabelle CALLENS • Assistants: Emilia QUIROGA & Phyllis MICHAEL • Board representative : Fani ZARIFOPOULOU and other members of the Working Group: Kamila KAUKIEL, Geraldine Barry, Elena Martin Alonso
