  1. Brian Wortel Director, CM201U | Former Special Education Coordinator, CM201U | Former Assistant Principal, SPEED #802

  2. Brian Wortel is an education administrator. An administrator has to oversee all the tasks happening in the department, Brian Wortel is responsible for handling students with special education needs.

  3. Brian Wortel is currently serving as a Director. His duties include preparing and administrating budget for the assigned program areas, preparing the grant application and solicit funds to provide financial support for the program, moreover, he also formulated proposals for the development and revision of policies pertaining to the assigned program.

  4. Prior to this, he worked as a special education coordinator from 2006 to 2014. He was responsible for overseeing and managing a case and of special education students.

  5. Brian Wortel has worked with multiple companies over the years. Brian Wortel is an active member of Illinois Alliance of Administrator of the special education.

  6. On the education front, Brian Wortel holds director of special education certification from the Governors State University.

  7. He is also certified School Administrator from the Eastern Illinois University.
