Exceptions to Rating Guidelines: Monthly Accounting and Occupancy Review Requirements

DESCRIPTION

This document outlines the circumstances under which exceptions to the Rating "any one bullet rule" apply. It emphasizes the importance of documenting any deviations from the Monthly Accounting Report (MAR) or Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) requirements in the Rating Explanation/Comment field. Additionally, comments should specify if the Action Component from the Risk Mitigation Road Map is not being adhered to, to ensure compliance and transparency in reporting.
