This document provides a comprehensive overview of the testing and validation processes for the Tracker Outer Barrel system rods at CERN. The self-contained building blocks (6SS or 12DS modules) were subjected to rigorous assessments. The SS rod prototype was tested in the latter half of 2002, followed by the DS rod final prototype in early 2003. Key validations included electronics architecture functionality, grounding and shielding studies, performance assessments with physics signals, and cooling efficiency measurements. The detailed test setup is housed in an aluminum box with provisions for cooling and services.
