  1. Accessing SMIRF Please go to: https://www.mwr.army.mil/Select your CAC email to log in.

  2. Choose MIS Applications if you see a folder

  3. Click SMIRF icon

  4. Click OK then use your CAC Pin to enter

  5. For this demonstration we will show you how to run a program list to see all of the MWR program codes. Select Tables

  6. Select Programs

  7. Select Fiscal Year 2018 then Click Select. Program List Appears. Click Print.

  8. Click Start the Print. Or Export to Save

  9. See entire MWR Program List for Fiscal Year 2018. This ends the SMIRF demonstration on running a program list.
