  23. 6. ICI Consumers & Billing Status: 9 460 industrial, commercial & institutional (ICI) existing consumers 1 171 ICI consumers use < 5 kl/month 30% of ICI monthly volume is estimated 106 faulty school meters (out of 363) 952 faulty ICI meters (excluding schools)

  25. 7.1 ATTP Repairs Status: Assistance to the Poor (ATTP) consumers cannot repair internal leaks ATTP consumers (111 000) represent 50% of all residential consumers Historically about 2 000 repairs completed by ward based plumbers Material supplied by NMBM

  28. 7.2 School Leak Repairs Status: High leakage at schools – estimated at 15 Ml/day DoE has no funds for leak repairs NMBM to use bylaw & installation of Aquatrip shut off devices to reduce wastage
