  3. Centrally Located • Safes • Satellite Television • Phone and Internet • 2 Twin Beds, 1 Double • Renovated in 2008 • All Rooms are Air Conditioned

  4. Adults On Trip • Myself and My Wife Sarah, 8th Grade Teacher at Depew Middle School • Mrs. Kelly McNeight (chaperone) • Mrs. Darcy Szafnicki (chaperone) • Mrs. Diane O’Hara (chaperone) • Another Parent Chaperone Yet To Be Determined • Mrs. Heidy Arts (as a paying guest)

  5. Rules • No Alcohol. • Groups of NO LESS THAN 3. • Must stay in hotel rooms after curfew. • Must attend activities on the main itinerary. (Scheduled Tours in the Morning – Free Time in the Afternoon). • Must Listen to the Directions of Any Adult on the Trip. • Stay Safe. Stay Away from “gypsies” and street vendors. Be careful crossing streets. Be aware of what’s around you. Do not accept anything from or go with strangers. Do not allow strangers to handle or use your bags, camera, etc.. • Do not break any laws, engage in inappropriate behavior, or damage property.

Packing List • Expect Very Warm Temperatures (7 Days worth of clothing) • Bring At Least 1 Set of Clothing That Covers legs, shoulders, and feet for Vatican • Shorts/ Skirts to Cover Knees for churches • Bathing Suit (Free Beach in Sorrento and Boat Ride around Capri) • Passport Holder – CHA Will Send You One! • Copy of Passport • ATM Card (breakfast & dinner is provided – only need money for lunch, souvenirs, excursions etc. – Recommend to take advantage of grocery store on Via Nazionale) • (Do Not Bring Calling Card or Cell Phone – Purchase One In Italy – I will Have A Cell Phone) • Label All Luggage With Tags Provided by CHA (1 Check In Per Person – CHA Will Send You Carry Ons!) • Small Daypack • Camera • Water Bottle • Wrist Watch • Sunscreen and Sunglasses • Toiletries (Liquids in Carry On Must Be in 3 oz. containers which must be packed separately in a see through zip lock container) • Adapter?

  7. Passports • Issue Date Cannot Be After May 5th 2011 and it Cannot Expire Before January 20th 2012 • Please Input Your Passport Information (Numbers) Online with CHA

  8. Payment • Payment In Full Is Due By March 23rd! Payment can be made online or by mail. • The Supplement for the Private Bus, Tour Guide, and Itinerary will be $105 and will be billed after March 23rd. • Tipping – We will have 1 more meeting before final departure. There, I will collect $50/ person for tips ($35 customary for tour guide and $15 customary for driver) • New Enrollees should enroll by March 15th with $495 and with the payment in full by March 23rd.

Tips and Recommendations • Please take a moment and fill out form provided. • Stay at the Colosseum and check out the Museum and Hypogeum • Check out Chiese Basilica di San Clemente al Laterno (5 Euro) • Check out the Via Appia and the Baths of Trajan (6 Euro) • Check Out the MuseiCapitolini, the Capitoline Wolf, the Equestrian Statue of Trajan (11 Euro) • Take in some Gelato near the Column of Trajan • Go shopping near the Pantheon or on Via Nazionale • Optional Excursions (Ostia) • Hike up to the Villa Iovis on Capri • Enjoy Pizza, InsalataCaprese, Bruchestta, BisteccaallaFiorentina
