Urvashi BhattacharyaACT Greater Rochester • Urvashi Bhattacharya is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Candidate within NAAO and in this role leads efforts to tackle critical NAAO challenges and opportunities with a disciplined and flexible Lean Six Sigma approach. • Urvashi joined Xerox in 2007 as a Strategy Analyst for NAAO, supporting strategic initiatives like the Responsive Pricing Model, and more recently, the Engines of Growth. Prior to joining Xerox, Urvashi worked at Harris Interactive as a Senior Market Research Analyst on their Brand & Strategy team, responsible for managing the brand life cycles of Fortune 500 clients, from strategy development to implementation and evaluation of their ROI. • Urvashi earned an MA in International Economics (New Delhi, India) and an MBA in Marketing (XIMB, India).  She lives in Penfield with her husband, Sid and19-month old daughter, Shreya.
