  11. Year 13 • Support through EXTRA, firm and insurance choices • Results Day Action Pack • Parent Briefing • Gap Year students encouraged to apply through school and register before the end of term.

Results • Pre results day • Results checked against requirements • Destination list produced with queries and concerns • Queries – just missed grade requirements • Concerns – adjustment or clearing • Results Day • Check UCAS for queries and concerns • Ensure master up to date, all staff on duty have master • Students given explanation of results and flow chart as well as results • Staff available to help throughout day and following day • Unplaced students supported and followed up in September

Application Form Process • All applications copied • Administrator role • Predicted grades added • Form checked and sent back to student for amendments if necessary • Sends form to referee for final checking • Overview of movement of all applications process • Non UCAS students • Final Referees • 2 SLT, Director and Deputy Director of 6th Form • Students allocated by subject • Send off once happy with final version

  14. Use of Adviser Track & Reports • Monitor progress of decisions, keep tutors and referees informed • Used to chase and support students as necessary • Used for creating master list for results day • Use for monitoring performance year on year
