Children of Color Experience • Disproportionate Representation:Percentage of children of a certain race in general census population compared to the percentage of children of the same group in a system. • Disparate Treatment and Outcomes:When comparing minority to non-minority, children of color are treat differently and outcomes based on the treatment are different.
