  2. SEAMEO: South East Asian Ministers of Education Organisation established in 1965 with 11 member countries, 8 associate member countries and 1 affiliate member. Secretariat in Bangkok. RECSAM: Regional Centre for Education in Science and Mathematics established in 1967. One of 15 SEAMEO centres around SEA. 5th JEF,Tokyo, 6 Feb 2008
