Romans 3:22-23 NLT 22 We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are. 23 For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Who needs to be saved?
Romans 10:9-10 NLT 9 If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. How do we obtain salvation?
1 Corinthians 9:27 NLT 27 I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified. Romans 11:21-22 NLT 21 For if God did not spare the original branches, he won’t spare you either. 22 Notice how God is both kind and severe. He is severe toward those who disobeyed, but kind to you if you continue to trust in his kindness. But if you stop trusting, you also will be cut off. Does salvation need to be maintained?
Romans 12:1-2 NLT 1And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. 2Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. How do we maintain salvation?
Don’t copy this world, but let God transform you by changing the way you think!!! Is it possible that our culture maybe in conflict with Christ in certain aspects of our lives? Clothing-Tattoos-Sexuality-Entertainment-Philosophy-Language-etc. Let’s talk…
