  4. NIPH Contents • Critical reform activities of the DOH Central Office,CHD & attached agencies for 2006 -2010 packaged according to F1 PPAs of the four reform components • Technical Assistance Requirements • Cost of each PPAs • Possible funding sources for each of the four reform components

  6. Challenges • Formalizing an investment planning frame & process • Linking with the investment plans of the CHD, regional partners and the convergence sites
