  10. But my children have grown up. I am alone at home.

  11. They used to have dinner with me, but now they are gone.

  20. Hello, I want to get some help from DCD. So, I fill the application form online.

  22. First, I key in the request on the DCD platform

  23. I am a valuator, I receive the request from the receptionist. I will evaluate the application, both helpers and helped ones.

  24. As a valuator, first, I go to John’s house.

  25. Those sweet kids need immediate help.

  26. The review went very well.

  27. The online platform starts to match John’s family and Mary’s family.

  28. Successful matching!! I will notify both family and schedule the helping dates.
