The Children’s Museum of Klamath Falls (CMKF) is a non-profit organization located in Klamath Falls, Oregon, which offers valuable learning experiences to the youth of Klamath County.  Although CMKF has been established for years it is still in the initial growth stage and the growth of CMKF relies primarily on the donations, of both time and money, from the community.

  3. The Mission • Our mission is to provide a fun, interesting environment for children to explore the ever changing world around them. Through arts, sciences, and humanities we hope to stimulate the creative potential within them all.

  5. The Exhibits Our TownA child size world of common environments where curiosity and role playing are nurtured with costumes and tools of the trade. Exhibits: Doctor's Office, Dentist Office, Post Office, Market, Beauty Salon & Fire Station

  6. Experimentation Stations Features rotating exhibits with lightning balls, gyroscopes, microscopes, telescopes, magnetics,illusion mirrors and other materials that teach the principles of natural and physical sciences in the Klamath Basin and beyond.

  7. Multi-Media All ages can explore musical instruments and experiment with sound and multi-media equipment onthe stage in our media corner.

  8. World Travel Climb on board a real-life cockpit and fly to the destination of your dreams or watch the HO scale train clickety-clack through the country side.

  9. Infant & Toddler Discovery Area A developmentally appropriate environment where infants, toddlers and families can explore and learn together.

  10. Pulley Exhibit Our exhibit will allow children and viewers to see and learn how pulleys work.  The exhibit will show how man power and a simple machine is used to lift heavy objects with less power.
