  3. LOG ON INTERFACE • Each person who wants to use the database has to log on • Automatic generation of a table that sums up all the users that have connected themselves to the database ENERTECH REMODECE

  5. MONITORING CAMPAIGN SECTION • Database on-line • All the “historical” monitoring campaigns’ data have been inserted • Add REMODECE projects’ monitoring data • Add the option to download raw data files (10 minutes time step) ENERTECH REMODECE

  6. OTHER DATA (surveys, statistics…) To be located on another webpage • Create the interface • Add REMODECE questionnaire data • Add various data sent by partners Germany, Belgium and Czech Republic must provide • 1- A short summary of the survey • (to be inserted as description on the website) • 2- A more detailed document (.pdf or .doc file) that describes the hypothesis, the size of the sample… • (downloadable from the website) ENERTECH REMODECE

  7. STATUS ON VALIDATION OF TEMPLATES (monitoring campaigns) • OK Portugal (ISR-UC) / Greece / Germany / Czech Republic / Hungary • No file or wrong files received  Denmark  Norway  Bulgaria  Romania  Portugal (ADENE)  Belgium  Italy ENERTECH REMODECE

STATUS ON VALIDATION OF TEMPLATES (problem with dates) • SINTEF specified a precise format for date that we have to respect YYYY-MM-DD  Check before sending the date format in a text editor, not in Excel  If the date is not correct : 1- Change the short date format in windows :  Go in the windows system parameter windows, then personalize regional settings 2- Change the date format in Excel  Go in the menu format cell, choose the right format ENERTECH REMODECE

  9. STATUS ON SURVEYS • Last meeting : point out the need to design a tool that converts all survey sheets in one single table Done by ADEME • Only Romania sent its table so far ! ENERTECH REMODECE

Database Design Summary of what we need from partners  First data from monitoring campaigns (appliances and stand-by) to validate the format (templates)  All partners except PT (ISR), GR, GE, TCR, HU  Table that contains all surveys’ data  All partners except RO  Short summary / more detailed document concerning various data to be inserted  GE, TCR, BE ENERTECH REMODECE
