  2. What is A HRA? • A panel of medical test performed in order to help employees understand their current health risks • Performed on-site in a confidential manner • Tests carried out by a third party company • Results are confidential and not accessible by employer

  3. Tests • Body Mass • Health history • Blood pressure • Blood draw • Cholesterol • Triglycerides • Glucose • GGT (Liver Function) • PSA • Evaluation of self-reported activity and lifestyle

  4. Preparation • Schedule Appointment* • Complete questionnaire, bring to appointment • Fast for 12 hours prior to test • Come to test prepared – wear lose fitting clothing including a shirt with sleeves that may be lifted for blood pressure test • After test, schedule a consultation appointment
