Framework for Effective Stakeholder Engagement: Insights from the Partnership Way

This document outlines key strategies for fostering effective stakeholder engagement through the Partnership Way. It highlights essential behaviors such as coalescing around issues, ensuring relevant participation, and collaborative work. The framework encompasses three critical elements: adaptive consensus building, technical infrastructure needs, and operational action steps. By fostering agreement and understanding, organizations can implement effective teamwork leading to informed decision-making and accountability. Drawing on insights from Heifetz and Linsky's work, this guide serves as a blueprint for transformative partnerships.
