  8. My personal observation? (Oct 2008 – Sept 2011) Struggling. Not yet able to develop culture of first class academia Grateful. Support and acceptance by staff and students Syukur. Done my part to lead the university towards a greater heights Satisfied. Provide clear road map and communicate to all stakeholders

  9. What to be done (with or without ZU)? • Mind set change • Entrepreneurial spirit • High impact publication • Financial strength • Team work • Middle management • Alumni • Intellectual property • Healthy & sustainable campus • Residential colleges
