In the last decade, Slovenia has undergone significant changes in its car market and driving culture. The rise in car ownership, with an aging population driving over 1,000,000 vehicles, highlights a need for modern education on new safety devices. While the majority of sold cars are mini models with basic safety features, accidents have increased on local roads and highways. The AMZS (Automobile Association) is committed to enhancing driver education and safety through initiatives like the Safe Driving Center. There is a pressing need to shift societal views on mobility from a luxury to a necessity for future sustainability.
