Districts no longer benefit by using Region 16 ESC collaborative to order tests for CBE • Districts must complete the same paperwork whether Region 16 ESC is involved in the ordering process or not. • Districts can choose to order from either • the University of Texas (UT) or • Texas Tech University • Ordering directly from either Texas Tech or University of Texas will decrease the time that it takes for you to receive scores. • Districts can order at any time.

Comparisons University of Texas • Options of paper testing, online testing and online grading • Cost per test • $25 if 21 or more tests are ordered • $35 if 20 or fewer tests are ordered • Order directly from UT • UT will bill district directly • UT will send grades directly to contact listed for district • Choice of paper or online scores • UT EID Required for all online grading Texas Tech • Currently only paper testing and grading • Cost per test • Districts receive bulk pricing for exams -$23 regardless of number ordered, price increase to $25 in Sept. 2017 • Order directly from Texas Tech • Texas Tech will bill district directly • Texas Tech will send grades directly to contact listed for district
