Course Outline Internal Auditor Training Course For ISO/TS 16949:2009Two Days Purpose & Outcome • To ensure that the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management System is in conformance with ISO/TS 16949 standards so as to provide confidence to the customer, the management and the third party certification body. • The objective of the training is to • To recap the understanding of the requirements of the standard. • To provide in-depth knowledge on the requirements of Internal Audit. • To provide first hand experience of Auditing techniques and the role of Auditors. • By the end of the training, the participants would be able to • plan an audit • identify nonconformities • report nonconformities • verify the effectiveness of corrective actions Process • Through presentation and exercises, participants would be • provided an overview of the standard. • shown how to plan and perform audits • reporting nonconformities and trained in verifying the corrective action • Schedule : 0900 to 1700 Hrs.
