  2. The objective “To throw a tennis ball or round object into an empty bin from an adequate range” – Neil 2013

  3. Task Follow the FOUR steps and you WILL succeed! You must do them in order and it requires your full attention. It is all about ACCURACY, COMPOSURE AND EXECUTION.

  4. Step 1 • Place the bin at a range which you think you can reach with the tennis ball. It is pointless putting it 10 yards away if you can only throw it 6 yards. • Make sure it is visible and there are no obstacles in between you and the bin. This was you can predict the power of the throw.

  5. Step 2 • Face the bin head on with your feet facing the bin. • Place your feet together and lean your body and your left leg or right leg (depending on what hand you use) forward slightly.

  6. Step 3 • Bend your arm back and predict the trajectory. • It is up to you how you hold the ball, however you must have a loose grip on the ball. • Make sure you implement enough power for the ball to reach the bin. • The technique is to flick your wrist rather than moving your whole arm.

  7. Step 4 THROW THE DAMN BALL!
