INFORME DE GESTIÓN – VIGENCIA 2013 SECRETARIA DE PLANEACIÓN Y OBRAS PÚBLICAS MUNICIPIO DE ROSAS CAUCA SECTOR VIVIENDA Objetivo General del Sector: Aportar al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de las Comunidades vulnerables del Municipio mediante Vivienda digna. INVERSIONES SECTOR VIVIENDA - VIGENCIA 2013

  3. RECURSOS GESTIONADO Y APROBADOS MEDIANTE LA FIRMA DE CONVENIOS EN EL 2013, PARA SER EJECUTADOS EN LA VIGENCIA 2014

Gracias a las gestiones realizadas por la señora Alcaldesa, en la ciudad de Bogotá, se pudo gestionar la venida del Doctor GERMAN VARGAS LLERAS, en calidad de Ministro de Vivienda Ciudad y Territorio, quien se comprometió con el municipio de Rosas, dentro del proyecto de las viviendas gratis, con 60 soluciones de vivienda, que se empezaran a construir en el año 2014, Por un valor aproximado a los $ 2,340.000.000

  5. De las inversiones más importantes para esta administración es la construcción de 73 cocinas para igual numero de familias, que les permite mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad a estas familias beneficiarias. Valor de la inversión $ 252.793.908

  6. ETAPAS DEL PROCESO CONSTRUCTIVO DE LAS COCINAS

  7. PROYECTO DE MEJORAMIENTO DE VIVIENDA EN PISOS Y TECHOS Durante la vigencia 2013, se pudo llegar 140 familias, con el beneficio del Proyecto de Piso y Techo, mejorando las condiciones de habitabilidad y bienestar de estas familias vulnerables del municipio de Rosas, estas intervenciones mejoró significativa el estado de la vivienda , la Inversión realizada en este proyecto fue de $ 333.276.102
