This project explores how understanding different countries can ease culture shocks in project management. We share experiences to become more familiar with workflows, roles, and responsibilities within project teams. Our team comprises students from the ACS course in 2007, featuring a Project Manager, Analysts, and Designers. We discuss challenges in cross-cultural communication, including language barriers, and identify areas for future improvement.
