Enablers? • Simplify the jargon! • Support learning platforms that bring the tribes together (theme 2) • Find ways to allow cross-sector working: sharing, coordinating, integrating (theme 1) • Demonstrate the value added of integration through impact analyses – average and distribution (theme 4) • Understand the factors behind the successes (e.g. attitudes to uncertainty, theme 3) • Pool donor and government funding streams (theme 1) • Embed in university training • People manage high levels of everyday risk without knowing “SP, DRR & CAA” – learn from everyday experiences
