The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the Physical Therapy Program. Responsibilities include assisting with grant financial administration, processing journal vouchers, new hire paperwork, and JEDs. The role requires taking and transcribing meeting minutes, posting transactions to databases, maintaining salaried staff time records, and processing university web forms. Additionally, the assistant will manage departmental address lists, complete statistical reports and surveys, aid in organizing special events, and support graduate student assignments. Other duties as assigned.

Lynn McDowellAdministrative Assistant • Provide administrative support to the Physical Therapy Program to include, but not limited to: • Assist with the department grant financial administration • Process all department journal vouchers, new hire paperwork and JED’s • Take and transcribe minutes for meetings as required • Post grant and department transactions to database • Maintain salaried staff time records • Process University web forms as required • Maintain department address list • Complete program(s) statistical information/reports/surveys as required • Assist with department special events • Assists in direction of graduate student assignments • Perform other duties as assigned
