  5. Positives What went well this year? • Families choosing more appropriate camps • Requests came in earlier • Providers were good at informing us of member’s status, whether they were coming or not and discharging 9-12-07

  6. Opportunities for improvement Clinical TSS in conjunction with STAP STAP and BHRS collaboration STAP availability – no guarantee of match of member to the spot available Ensure that family is clear of what STAP is when making the choice and that they truly are interested in it Process change for next year Reminders Addendums are only good for current auth period Send in discharge summaries and treatment plans 9-12-07 6

Opportunities for improvement-Con’t • Provider Relations • Program descriptions and letters of intent will be requested earlier this year - Will also be asking for 2007 self audits to be included with these • Attending STAP meeting in Spring, invites will be revamped • Necessary attendance and passing info within agencies 9-12-07
