How to use keypad version to simulate the One Click object • In EWCS 1.1 we provide the one click version, however we received various feedback that complain the one click version consumes too many web call trunks. It is because each one click object occupied a web call trunk. To solve this issue, we provide a callto function in latest EWC 1.0 key pad AP release. By using this feature, a web call trunk can service various extensions. Essence Technology Confidential

  44. How to use keypad version to simulate the One Click object • The callto function is to send the DTMF after the connection be made. That said callto (‘101’) means when the SIP trunk be connected, the EWC object will send DTMF 101 to the EWCS, and then the extension 101 will ring up. • Accordingly, we only need to convert the callto button to the image button, and hide the keypad object, then the keypad object can fully simulate the behavior of one click object.
