AÑO, DE LOS TRATADOS DE TEOLOYUCAN” Servicio Social 8° Semestre 480 hrs. • Periodo: dos; • Primaria sector II ( 30 de septiembre 2013 al mes de Abril) • Preescolar, USAER, Primaria Sector VIII 14 Octubre al mes de Abril) Documentación • 3 Informes parciales • 1 Informe Final • Oficio de Liberación emitido por la institución donde prestó su Servicio Social (Formato en correo de Servicio Social) • Copia de Historial Académico con el 100% de créditos.

AÑO, DE LOS TRATADOS DE TEOLOYUCAN” Observaciones • Checar el formato de INFORME FINAL en la página de Servicio Social www.upn153.mx • Entregar INFORME FINAL con la firma del prestador del servicio social y la firma de la autoridad que recibió el servicio., con sello de la institución. (en la portada y al final del informe) • Entregar en la oficina de Servicio Social el 4° Informe Bimestral , el Informe Final y su oficioS de Liberación el 5 de Mayo a partir de las 9:00 hrs. • La Comisión no se hace responsable por la documentación entregada en otra área.

AÑO, DE LOS TRATADOS DE TEOLOYUCAN” Observaciones • La constancia de liberación será entregada por única ocasión a los que cumplan con todo lo requerido en tiempo y forma el día 2 de Julio en los horarios siguientes. • Grupo 81 a las 9:00 am. en aula de usos múltiples.. • Grupo 8 2 a las 9:30 am. en aula de usos múltiples. • Grupo 83 a las 10:00 am. en aula de usos múltiples. • Cualquier duda dirigirse a la Oficina de la Comisión de Servicio Social con la responsable.
