  6. Desi Arnaz Lucille Ball’s first husband, Desi Arnaz, produced the show “Star Trek.” • He also produced the movie “Mission Impossible.” • He became a powerful and respectful producer because of his great works.

  7. I Love Lucy • Lucille filmed this show with her husband, Desi Arnaz. • They thought that to keep the marriage together they should have a project, so the started “I Love Lucy.”

  8. “I Love Lucy” aired first in October of 1951. It ran successfully for 6 years! It was the number one show in the Neilson Ratings. It never, in its whole time it was aired, did it fall under number three. “ I Love Lucy” Pt. 2

  9. “I Love Lucy” Awards • The show got 5 Emmys. • And over 200 awards • And respect from everyone

  10. “I Love Lucy” Gets a Child In January of 1953, Lucille made everyone stare in awe as she gave birth to her son, who on the show name was “Little Ricky.” Over 144 million viewers watch as Lucille give birth to her son.

  11. After 179 episodes of “I Love Lucy,” Lucille and Desi decided to call it quits. They quit to save their marriage. After they all said goodbye to this show, they started to make a new show called The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour.“ This show didn’t need a lot because of the reputation of “I Love Lucy.” “I Love Lucy” Goes Bye Bye

  12. The Divorce • After a great 20 years of marriage the couple got divorce. • This happened in 1960. • Afterwards Desi turned to alcohol and was never seen again.

  13. After the Divorce • Lucille took out a $3 million loan to buy half of Desi company called Desilu. • This was the first record in the world history for a woman to have such a big amount of a company.

  14. The New Husband • In 1968 Ball remarried to a man named Gary Morton. • He was a former comedian. • He helped Lucille with her new showed called “Lucille Ball Productions.”

  17. If She Never Lived • If she never lived, I think that a great TV show and movies would not be as good as they were with Lucille in them. Her great sounds that we will always love would never been heard, like her famous crying sound. Last but not least, her great acting skills would never been introduced.
