  9. REUNIONES DE RESPONSABLES DE FCVG Reuniones de coordinación de los responsables de farmacovigilancia de las DIRESA. % Reuniones de Resp. FCVG= Nº de reuniones X 100 6

  10. PROCEDIMIENTO OPERATIVO DE REPORTE (POR) APROBADO Y DIFUNDIDO Su cumplimiento nos permite asegurar una adecuada difusión de la FCV en hospitales. % Hosp con difusión de POR= Nº Hosp. donde se difunde X 100 Nº Hosp totales
